  • Automated requests to your customers tp leave you a review
  • Notifications to you/your staff when a review is submitted
  • A chance to take a look at the review before sharing if it’s less than 5 stars
  • Nudges to remind customers to share their review on social media, too

Request your customer to write a review

You can request customer reviews in two ways:

  • Refer your customer to the Testimonial page of your website
  • Manually enter the customer’s information into your website’s dashboard, launching an email to the customer to write a review

Once the customer writes a review, you receive a notification

You can either approve or deny the review::

  • 5 star reviews are automatically posted to the testimonial page of your website
  • If you receive a 4 star or less, you will be notified (it will NOT auto post to your website) to manage the unhappy customer before they go viral. This is an opportunity to make lemonade out of lemons and request they resend a new review

Nudge the customer to also put their review on social media

After submitting their 5 Star review automated email is sent to customers requesting they also post to your social media pages.

  • The social media icons are customizable to whichever social media platforms your business is on and linked to your business pages
  • When the customer clicks on one of the icons, they will be logged into their own accounts, so it is an “authentic” post/recommendation
  • Also included is their previous testimonial so they don’t have to rewrite the review again
  • All emails are ‘behavior-based’ meaning they are sent two more times IF the customer didn’t open or click in the first attempts to request the review
